Welcome to Ela Tripo! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ela Tripo's Website, located at elatripo.com.

Booking and Payment

A minimum advance payment is required to hold your booking. The exact amount and terms will be communicated by our travel advisors. Final payment must be made before the start of the tour. We accept bank transfers and major digital payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeline:

• More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund.
• 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.

Permits and Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification. While we assist in procuring necessary Inner Line Permits (ILP) or Protected Area Permits (PAP), we hold no liability for rejection by government authorities.
